Sustainable diets and low-carbon meals

We all have a role to play in reducing the impact of our daily activities – including what we eat – on the environment. In our social impact pledge, we are committed to increasing the use of sustainable food options by promoting sustainable and responsible sourcing and more plant-based options for our clients.

With the support of WWF, we have developed a definition of "low-carbon" food as food whose production generates 0.9 kg of CO 2 e or less. Based on this definition and based on the expertise and passion of our chefs, we are designing new recipes to ensure that 70 % main dishes on our menu can be labeled as 'low carbon' by 2030.
